such as "How much do BA
charge for golf clubs on board" |
Here are Some FAQ's Answered
about travelling abroad on your
golf holiday.
|
Q. How do I store my
clubs and bags?
A. This one we can easily
answer, visit our "Golf
Travel Bags" and
choose from one of our hard or
soft golf travel bags.
|
Q. Can I take your travel
bags on the aeroplane.
A. Well you cannot store
them in the overheads, but you
can check in and put your clubs
in the hold. There maybe a
small charge levied dependant on
the airline. All of our
bags have been fully certified
by the airlines. |
Q. What are the size
and weight regulations for golf
clubs on a
plane
A. As mentioned different
carriers have different rules we
have summarised some of the
popular carriers rules below but
for now, check out the
British Airways Golf Allowances
published on their site. They
advise One piece of sporting
equipment should weigh no more
than 23kg and should not exceed

Why not send your Luggage
ahead of you |
|
You have an alternative, the new
trend is to have your luggage
(clubs too) picked up from your
home and shipped ahead of you.
Take a look at companies like
directbaggage.com who will
take care of your luggage and
clubs for you. You simply just
walk on to the plane with no
baggage check in or worries. |
